How frustrating to have dry, sunny weather - and no cricket. But will you be ready for action whenever we are given the all-clear?

Your Committee has been working hard to prepare things but the postponement of the Race Night on Good Friday took away our biggest fund-raiser of the year.

We will re-arrange it as soon as we can - and we will rely on YOUR support on the new date, whenever that is.

We will also fast-track training, practice sessions and matches for all our teams. We do not know if the leagues will be held at all, or whether we organise friendlies or inter-club matches. Whatever happens we want you to join in.

We have a number of key supporters who are paid-up members. They pay their subs by Standing Order every month and have continued to do so while the cricket has been suspended. Not surprisingly, when we do return those members will have priority over everybody else when it comes to selection.

If you would like to help secure the financial stability of the Club - and also confirm your commitment and practical support for your Committee - sign up now to pay £15 per month. Don't leave it to others to keep the Club afloat. We face some challenging times and it would be so good to know we have your support.
